技术：国产剑杆织机技术选型的几个问题探析

　　最近几年来，高档无梭织机进口总量呈逐年递减趋势，特别显著的是剑杆织机，说明国产中高档无梭织机自给量正稳步增长。通过近20年来的市场磨练，需求量大的国产中高档、中档剑杆已基本可自给满足。文章就国内外剑杆技术的发展和设计制造上的几个问题，从原理上进行了阐述，并对国产剑杆几个技术选型问题提出探讨看法。

　　In recent years，the total import of high grade shuttle-less looms in China has declined year by year，particularly the rapier looms. This indicates that the amount of middle and high grades shuttle-less looms made in China is increasing steadily .Launched 20 years ago，the domestic middle and high grades rapier looms which are now in great demands have been almost self-sufficient. Based on analyzing the operation principle, the author stated some issues on the development of rapier technology, as well as the machines’design and manufacturing at home and abroad. Furthermore, some views on how to select the right technology of rapier looms were also expressed.
